Who We Are
We are dedicated to the enhancement and promotion of the Multifamily Industry as a resource for Education, Networking and Community Involvement. The Greater Birmingham Apartment Association (GBAA) is the voice for Greater Birmingham’s multi-housing industry.
What We Do
The GBAA serves the interests of multifamily housing owners, managers, developers and suppliers, and promotes a high level of professionalism in the multifamily housing industry to better serve the rental housing needs of the public.
Who We Serve
The GBAA represents nearly 500 members, including 50,000+ units in the Greater Birmingham area. Our area of service includes the following counties: Jefferson, Shelby, Tuscaloosa, St. Clair, Walker, Fayette, Lamar, Pickens, Blount, Talladega, Calhoun, Cleburne, Clay & Randolph.
