The Greater Birmingham Apartment Association (GBAA) provides a wealth of services to our members including networking opportunities, legislative resources, educational opportunities and constant communication of events and issues affecting our industry.

EDUCATIONAL OPPORTUNITIES

​Monthly educational opportunities includes: National Apartment Association Designation Courses as well as continuing education classes for leasing agents, apartment managers and executives, maintenance technicians and suppliers.
