Mary Ford

Mary Ford currently serves as Property Manager for Turtle Lake Apartments with Sealy Management Company. An industry veteran, Mary started her career in 1999 as a Leasing Professional with Arlington Properties and has risen through the ranks as a property management professional. Mary has a commitment to continuing education, giving back to the industry and serving her residents. In 2006, she received the CAM designation from NAA and in 2022, she received her NAAEI Facilitator Training certification becoming a faculty member with the NAA. Mary’s involvement with the industry’s trade associations since 2003 has made a significant positive impact. She was the Greater Birmingham Apartment Association’s Volunteer of the Year in 2017 and she currently serves as the Secretary on the Executive Board with the GBAA. Mary’s commitment to her property and her residents have resulted in her receiving the GBAA’s Manager of the Year and President’s Leadership Awards. In her personal life, Mary focuses on cheering her son on in all of his sports and hobby activities. She also enjoys spending time with her 2 dogs, Raj & Beans. Her favorite place to escape is to the beach to enjoy her paddle board or just relaxing in the sand.
